Last updated 3 October 2026. This policy describes petgotchi.com, the website of Petgotchi, 15 Le Thanh Ton street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh, 70000, VN. It does not describe a downloaded game build, because this site does not distribute the game.
What this site is
The site tells you what Petgotchi is and where the studio is. It does not ask you to create an account, and it has no shopping cart.
Information you send us
If you email hello@petgotchi.com, we receive the address you write from, your message, and anything you attach. We use that only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send sensitive information such as identity numbers or payment data.
Information collected automatically
This website does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not build profiles of visitors.
When the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process technical connection data as part of delivering the site. That can include IP address, user agent, the page requested, and the time of the request. Cloudflare's own handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. We use it to keep the site available and secure, not to advertise to you.
Cookies
The pages themselves do not set cookies. A host or a browser may store strictly technical data required to load the site. There is no cookie banner because there is no optional tracking to accept.
How long we keep email
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you, to remember a request for early access, or to meet a legal duty. You can ask us to delete a thread you started.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate email or hosting, and only so they can do that work, or if the law requires it.
Children
This website is a studio page about a game. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
Your requests
If you want a copy of the email correspondence we hold about you, or you want it corrected or deleted, write to hello@petgotchi.com from the same address. We may need to confirm it is you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
